By completing this registration, the studio director, on behalf of the studio, its faculty, dancers, and their guardians, agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The studio director certifies that all registered dancers have been entered in the correct age division, level, and category in accordance with the competition’s published guidelines. The studio assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all submitted entry information.
All entry fees are due at the time of registration. Submission of this registration constitutes an agreement to pay all applicable fees in full. Failure to remit payment by the stated deadline may result in removal of entries without notice.
All entry fees are non-refundable. In the event of a withdrawal prior to the published deadline, a studio credit equal to the value of the withdrawn entry may be issued and applied toward a future competition season. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal matters. Withdrawals after the published deadline forfeit all fees and are ineligible for credit.
By registering, the studio director grants the competition and its authorized representatives the right to photograph, video record, and reproduce the likeness and performance of all registered dancers for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including use on websites, social media platforms, and printed materials, without compensation or further consent.
The studio, its directors, faculty, dancers, and their guardians acknowledge that participation in competitive dance involves inherent physical risk. The studio agrees to release and hold harmless the competition, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue from any claim, liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this event.
The studio director agrees that all affiliated individuals, including faculty, parents, and dancers, will conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner throughout the event. The competition reserves the right to disqualify entries or remove individuals for conduct deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
The studio certifies that all costumes and music submitted comply with the competition’s age-appropriate standards and content guidelines. The studio accepts responsibility for any content deemed non-compliant.
The studio acknowledges that performance schedules are assigned by the competition and are subject to change. It is the studio’s responsibility to monitor all published schedules and ensure dancers are present and prepared at their designated times.
All judging decisions are final. The studio agrees not to contest scores, placements, or feedback delivered by the panel of judges.
By continuing, the studio director confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms stated above on behalf of their studio, its dancers, and their families.
